Walkers have been trading for over 50 years. Forty of which have been in Frances Street in Newtownards. The business was initially developed by Robert Walker to supply gardeners with all they would require to grow their own vegetables. As he was a farmer's son (with many farming connections) he provided them with industrial paint for their sheds and buildings. So, the business has grown from humble beginnings to providing a service to the local community in Newtownards and throughout Ireland.
